* indicate preferred method of delivery for response: email, fax, or mail (return of records by email provides fastest turnaround)
* when sending a list of posting ID numbers, place numbers in ascending order (1234567890, 1234567891, 1234567892, etc.)
* if specific posting ID numbers or user email addresses are not available, please provide specific search criteria -- date range, category, Granted site, and keywords
- If someone has given you the Posting ID (10 digit number), you can use that number in the search box to find the posting.
- Personal Harassment:
- Harassment, publication of personal information: If your personal information has been posted in a Granted ad:
- Use our online form to report the issue
- Choose harassment from the drop down menu
- Put 911 in the subject field
- Provide as much information as possible, including the posting ID number, keywords that might appear in the ad, and the specific Granted city and category in which the post appears.
- Abusive Email:
- If you receive an abusive email response to one of your posts, forward the information to the "abuse" address for the sender's email account provider.
- In addition, it may help to set up a block against the sender's email address in your email client.
- General Abusive posts:
- Please flag all abusive posts.
